DELIVERY SUCCESS

Privacy

When you submit the contact form on outgoing.email, the information you provide may include your name, email address, message content, IP address, country code, browser user-agent, submission time, and the page from which the form was submitted.

Contact form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket to support message handling, delivery tracing, and operational troubleshooting. A submission reference may also be generated so individual enquiries can be identified if follow-up is needed.

Form submissions are checked using Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and spam prevention. Contact form submissions are then processed using the AuthSMTP email service provider. Those providers may process technical request data as part of delivering and securing the service.

Information submitted through the contact form is used only for handling enquiries, responding to legitimate requests, monitoring service reliability, and protecting the contact form from abuse. It is not provided for general publication on the website.

Reasonable technical and organizational steps may be taken to protect submitted information, but internet transmission and third-party service processing can never be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

If you do not want information processed through the contact form and its supporting providers, do not submit personal or sensitive information through that form.
